Slide Valve Cooler Working Principle
The counterflow cooler machine makes use of the counterflow cooling principle to reduce the high temp and moisture of discharged pellets. The cold air blows the pellets vertically and touches the cooler material first. The becoming warmer air and warm pellets get in touch, but the air flowing direction is opposite to that of the pellet entering and makes the pellets cooled step by step.
